It replaced the stock one, and I feel that the low-speed torque has been improved.It is also a good product that can be cleaned and used for a long time.

I have another different K&N air filter in my Mazda CX-5 and that car seems to breathe a little more easily for it. This K&N filter is for my Fiat 500 1.2 petrol (2017 model), and whilst the thought of spending 50 quid on an air filter will make some folks think twice, the difference when you drive is noticeable - there's more smoothness to the engine and also noticeably more pep when accelerating. The car does feel a bit more eager I would say.It's a bit of a faff to fit but only takes 10 minutes. Just need to loosen the airbox (2x 10mm screwheads) and front air intake pipe (5mm allen key), before removing the front section of the airbox (6x 7mm screwheads) to reveal the air filter. Swapping takes seconds, and there are loads of YouTube videos which are worth watching to guide you.An easy 5 star performer on the road, I just wish K&N were a bit cheaper to buy, hence the dropped star.

I bought this last week and fitted it today. I was expecting probably too much from this small filter as the advertising dose make it feel like it will improve HP (slightly) and breathing but I cant feel anything yet.But arrived quickly and packaged well and you get a sticker too !I fitted it to my car Fiat punto Evo 1.4 and found it very easy just look it up on the internet mine was 6 bolts that you unscrew and swap the filters over. I have a custom back box installed and I thought it would make a better noise but again so far nothing much different. the only way I can see this being worth the price is it being able to clean it and not have to pay £10-15 for another filter.I went for this filter because its cheaper than buying the cold air intake which was a crazy price of over £100 so I thought it would be more cost effective to add this. I cant say that the product is rubbish but I was expecting much more from this filter such as a better exhaust note and better throttle response is it worth the £45 I'm not sure yet so far I don’t think so but I might have been my expectations.

I have 3 of these on various cars, in fact every time I change my car, one of these are the first things i put in. I love the fact its cleaned and not replaced, it has high flow and in some cases you can really feel the difference (my fiat 500 example)
