The Best Architectural Scale
Has many scales on it, large ranges, and easy to read. If you need a scale for architectural drawings, or making scaled models, this is the way to go.Also good for any model railroader making scaled layouts as well. As they it has 1/4"=1' and 1/8"=1', perfect for O-Scale and HO-Scale.

No 1/16 scale :-(
Lesson learned. Read the description carefully and don't make assumptions. There is a 16 scale, but NO 1/16 scale. Of course, 1/16 scale is what I need.

I'm studying to be an interior designer and this is the right one for doing the work. I would recommend it.

I should have known better...
I was looking for a scale ruler to do some measurements for my yard. I thought one of these triangular rulers from Staedtler would do the trick. However I did not know there is an "Architect" and an "Engineer's" scale. So do yourself a favor and make sure the scale you are trying to measure is correct for the ruler scale you buy. Otherwise this is a amazing quality instrument.

Just as expected -- good rule!
Okay, a triangle rule, such as this can be a real help when drawing out architectural plans (I'm no pro, but have done many times, for our needs, over the years) and, this one doesn't disappoint. I read most/all reviews before purchasing and am not unhappy, in any way, with it. Accurate, clear, large-enough markings to use well -- no "oops" in the making of this product, where one might feel like it's an inferior product.

Nice ruler !
It's not aluminum so may dent easier but also won't dent your work surface. In my case the dining table.
