Q: Have you improved on your packaging? The individual patches are hard to open.

Is this really a serious problem? I notice it's a little tricky sometimes, but considering how our kid finds this is the most comfortable brand, I would not stop using them just because I had a 10-second issue upon opening. After all, I'm not the one wearing them for 6 hours a day. :-)

Q: Is this product for an adult or child?

My 10 year old uses them, but I believe they are the largest size available and would be used by an adult as well.

Q: Are these waterproof, or breathable?

I don't believe they're waterproof as they come off if not sealed tight. My son says they're itchy after a while because he has to wear it for 2 hours straight

Q: What is the size of each individual patch, please? “Regular size” isn’t helpful to me. I have patches that are 2-1/4” x 3-1/8” —a bit too small.

The Regular size is 3-11/32" x 2-5/6" (85mm x 59mm). We cut them down a bit to fit my son who is almost two years old.
