Q: How long should be my session and how often?

It say in the box. My chiropractor says once per day but don't know how often. Mine doesn't work more anyway

Q: How many pumps and straps are included with this product?

1 head and chin strap and 1 pump, like shown in picture. No extra parts, the air bladder in mine leaked after 5 uses and now is useless.

Q: How long should this product last? I’ve only had it not even. Year and the belly won’t stay inflated

Mine only lasted a few months, I am not happy with this product either.

Q: How many times should this be used before getting some pain relief? Days, weeks?

I noticed some relief the first time i used it, it felt refreshing. And broke after the 5th time i used it so i couldn't tell you for sure
