They add fun to a deck or patio!
I bought two of these for our outside deck. They look great. The LED’s are bright and show the leaves and the trunk at night. It’d be nice if they come up with a way to dim the lights a bit as needed or some different colors but regardless, they look good. I was concerned that they’d be really flimsy and wouldn’t hold up well but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s been rather windy and they’ve withstood it fine. They’re a little light on weight so I added a gallon ziplock bag of sand on top of each steel plate and put them in the rear corners of the deck. They’ve been doing fine. There are pre-drilled holes in the base plate but I didn’t want to drill holes into the composite decking, so I just used the gallon bags of dand to help weigh them down.They added a lot of fun to the deck. They look great. There is no on/off switch or batteries that I’m aware of. Just plug them in and they light up, so you’ll want some electric outlets nearby.

Manually Pull Out The Cords in the Center :)
Love it!! Had to watch a how to assemble video on YouTube because I didn't know that you had to pull out the cords in order to connect the middle section for the tree to light up :)

Great looking palm tree, but does not hold up well with time.
We love this palm tree! However, this is our fourth one. They do not stand up well to rainy or cold weather. The middle support pole rusts. One of our palm trees broke within a few days of use. Our last one lasted seven months before it snapped in the wind. Because we love the look of the tree, we ordered another one and we are going to try to seal the bottom with a clear caulk to see if it will last longer.

Overall good product
I now own 3 of these, material is not cheap and easy to assemble.Looks more real than the other ones I have bought and held up to 2 BIG wind storms.

Small but beautiful
So I had to let it charge the first day was very upset because I thought it didn't work. Next day and on it comes on every night and I love it!!!
