The kit is very reliant on the items it provides within the kit. It does have some experiments where you made need to provide extra items, but thankfully it lets you know. Im able to stretch these experiments out and have them do projects all summer. This kit has been a life saver on keeping the kiddos busy.

I love this kit. The directions are easy to use. Its a good idea to have an adult around. Children love the experiments and participating. Quite a few extra items are needed, that are not included, but not difficult to find. They are mostly things found around the house like a lemon, or milk, or flour for different experiments.

I bought this over the summer but we're into October and my kid still uses this. I did limit him to 3 or 4 experiments each week in order to stretch things out. Left unattended, some of the ingredients were used for really dumb stuff so it's important to monitor them a bit while using so you dont run out of things. Many experiments they can complete on their own with a bit of guidance. Some where great family projects and really fuels creativity if your child loves science or engineering. This kit came with all of the essentials. Very few household items were needed.

Great fun for the kids and the whole family. It certainly keeps them from the tablet. The kids have the opportunity to experiment and are amazed when they see the results. I would recommend.

Very fun experiment box. Detailed instruction book and lots of extras. Lots of fun experiments to do. Definitely worth the price.

My kids are OBSESSED with this set! They want to do science projects nonstop now and it makes me thrilled! Everything that comes with this from the coat to the beckers has kiddos in mind. Love it!

My almost 9 year old is really into science right now and begged for a science kit. We found this one and while some of the directions are kind of vague, so far we’ve gone through quite a few of them and they don’t take very long (which I really appreciate) and my kid loves it! We always talk about what we think will happen and I have him read the directions and follow through with them which helps his understanding. So far the ones we’ve tried haven’t been very messy…we’ll use a large paper plate for easy clean up and there’s been a couple that we completed in the kitchen sink to keep the ✨science✨ from going everywhere. We’ve both been having fun together completing the simple science experiments and it’s a nice way to bond. Overall, I think this was a good deal and I would recommend it.
