You may consider setting up the Prexio Multi Surface Laser LED device next to the area you wish to use for hanging 2-dimensional art. I use chalk to mark the intersection points with the laser, and most pictures are easily hung. I have also used this device for two of the most difficult pieces we own-- one is a framed collage. It is heavier on one side than the other! Centering the piece was easy. However, we installed two heavy-duty hangers, which had to be a little off center for the artwork to hang level over the mantel. I recommend this device to anyone who plans to hang multiple pieces of art, or photos, etc., and wishes to maintain a certain quality of space around each piece, and especially if the ceiling or walls lack equidistance (especially if the pictures are varying in size).

This leveling device works well. It uses red beams that allow you to mark an entire wall, the beam also lights up a parralell wall at the corner of a room. This was especially handy for installing curtains over multiple walls. It was also great for hanging multiple pictures to make sure they were all at the same height. It was very accurate, but does take a little bit of work to mount it level on the wall if you have textured walls.It's very lightweight, comes with pins to mount to the wall to allow you to use both hands on mounting your project. This was a great value for the money.

Used to hang pictures in new house straight. Laser is easy to see and level. Pins are a great idea to mount unit to wall versus using tape.

Some what disappointed with this laser level the pins don’t hold it at all and the magnet doesn’t work with just any metal but the lines show well. I have another project I need it for hoping it’s better suited for that one

Worked as advertised. Hung overhead garage storage racks, was able to find studs with stud finder and keep everything in line by using the laser level. I’ll be using it when I hang the next picture frame.

So easy to use. I bought this one from my son and purchased a more expensive one for me. His was much more useful and easy to use. I'm going to replace mine for this one. Good value.

Super easy to use. Love it

This is solid and built well. I have not been able to use it with any level of success. The stickers can pull paint off of your wall if you’re not careful. The design and unit itself are solid, it’s just to cumbersome to make it useful for me. There are better options out there in the ease of use category.
