However, it's important to maintain a proper balance between them, as high levels of one can interfere with the absorption of the other.

These capsules are not too big, and include a small amount of copper which, most people do not know, we need in our human bodies. It is also not an excessive amount such that, if you were sick or coming down with something, you couldn’t double up on them. 2 or 3 would be my limit if I were sick.The above is not * medical advice ,* it is merely what I happen to do in my own situation. I rarely get sick, even when exposed to sick people in planes and airports. It is all due to how I SUPPLEMENT prior to, during, and after a trip.It takes work and intention to stay healthy and protected. It doesn’t happen magically on its own.As a sidenote, when I really want to protect myself, or get sick on a very rare occasion, I supplement zinc with a good brand of Quercetin and vitamin C. This product made me so nauseous & felt like I’m about to throw up. I’ve taken this product in the morning, afternoon, and night with food or without and the results are all the same. Please save your health and money look for other brands

I tried the zinc copper supplement, but I couldn’t tell any noticeable difference, despite it being marketed to support immune function and overall body health.
