This tool made application so much easier! The rings held the glue in place perfectly and made it much more convenient than using the countertop or risking the glue soaking through a paper towel!The Velcro on the tool itself was easy to manipulate and cut several minutes off my application time. I highly recommend this product!!

Nice velcro strap that fits securely. I saw other reviews where the complained it was too big and it could not be adjusted tight enough. I am not a big person and believe I have average sized hands and did not experience this problem. Perhaps if you are very petite this would be an issue. If you have large hands I think it will adjust to your hand just fine.I like this product and it helped me be more time efficient when doing lash extensions but I noticed 3 issues with this item.- The logo at the top of the tile faded quickly, but that's not a big deal.- The tile itself is smaller than I expected and a cheap plastic material that is not easy to remove the lash extension strips from. They stick or rip and leave behind residue or part of the strip if not removed very carefully and slowly.- The velcro strap sticks out and pokes at my clients forehead depending on how my hand is positioned while I am doing lash extensions.Overall an OK product and inexpensive. I would buy something similar again but maybe not this one.

I wish the strap was adjustable to fit my wrist but other than that it was super helpful! Very convenient!

I love these. It cuts about 10 mins off applying a full set by eliminating an extra step. I highly recommend. Product is made very well, looks like it will hold up for years.

This works really well much better than just using my hand as a pallette. It was pretty inexpensive. I was worried it wouldn’t be tight enough but it does work great and doesnt feel uncomfortable to wear. The lash strips stick to it very well.

No way this is worth 30$. It looks like it's work MAYBE 5$. I've been doing lashes almost a year now. It looks and feels very cheap. 1 inch thin band around your hand, not thick like the picture shows. The black writing and lines scrape off easily. Buyer be warned.

I ordered this thinking it would be easier for me to do eyelash extensions. When I was done with my row of strips I tried to peel the used strip off to replace it. However, the sticky part stuck to the plate and I had to stop doing my clients lashes. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
