Mixes easily. Is almost tasteless (just like other Glutamines). Seems to help recovery after the gym

Great for leaky gut. Was originally taking x3 scoops three times daily as you need a high dose to seal the gut. Now reduced to one dosage of x3 first thing in the morning. I’ve ordered this on repeat and will continue doing so. Quality product that I’m very happy with. Highly recommend if you’re having gut issues (you, of course, need to address the foods that are stressing your gut too. You can’t just take this and expect the gut to heal!). I take on an empty stomach (important!) and wait at least 20 mins before eating.

Good value and quality product in a handy tub. This worked really well for preventing DOMS post exercise but unfortunately it gave me cystic facial acne within a few days of starting it. Had to stop it unfortunately.

Using it I see that I recover quicker after my 2 hours workout. Tasteless and can be easily swallowed with a few ml of water.
