inaccurate but who really cares
works I guess but the dial is super stiff so it's hard to rotate it to the right place accurately, and the dial that you spin moves relative to the dial underneath it that has the numbers.. basically get this if you just wanna get through your geology degree & couldn't care less about precision :)

Just be warned that you need an eyeglass screwdriver to adjust declination bezel

Excellent compass for the price, accurate reading, i can set declination easily on mine, although some revieewrs mentioned they struggled

Bought just to test out and i am disappointed the needle does not point north and in fact hardly moves at all i will be returning.
