This is a great little DVD for anyone wanting to not just get fit, but also detox and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Suzanne Cox brings in a number of experts to show you how to detox your body whilst introducing some gentle stretching exercises to help the detox process and to help tone, relax and strengthen your muscles. There's some good ideas given and you don't need to go out and buy loads of expensive stuff. I did the 2 day detox and noticed a big difference after the 2 days.
