Great little tool that help my shot clean! Love it

Some of my clubs were getting pretty worn and the grooves didn’t have the edges they originally had. I normally just clean the grooves with a tee when on the course but at this point, they needed more than that. Got this little tool to clean and sharpen the groove edges and hopefully clean up some of the scratches and dents.The tool works well for cleaning and sharpening the grooves. The tool fits into the groove well and it takes just a couple of swipes to clean them out and sharpen the edges a little. I did notice that the tip of the tool wore down a bit so it wouldn’t fit in the grooves as well. I took a metal file to it and sharpened it back to where it was. Given the size of this stone I should be able to do that a few thousand times.I also wanted to clean up the face of a few irons as they are getting pretty banged up with lots of scratches and dents. The tool did a reasonable job of taking out some of the smaller scratches and making the face look clean again. I could tell the club had been cleaned when I went to hit it. I guess if I want the clubs to look brand new again I’ll have to buy a new set.Overall, this is a nice tool and cleans the grooves very well. It won’t make your clubs look brand new again, but it does take the smaller scratches out.

I like the Adak Iron head face groove cleaner. Open the case and you can extend an abrasive stone that has a knife-like edge that can clean out and freshen your grooves. I used it on my wedge which had one of those faces that’s intended to develop a rust finish. You can clean that off for the most part and refresh the grooves as well. I did not measure the spin rate but the ball did seem to skip and stop better after doing this. It takes a few minutes, but the time is worth it. Hope to play a round this week and will really put it to the test.Positives:• Works as advertised.• Does a good job• Compact to fit in your bag• Clever mechanismNegatives• A little expensive• Not sure how long this will last or is expected to last.Overall, I like this tool and will use it from time to time when needed. I think it is a little expensive for the tool, but it is quite handy for the serious golfer. The before and after photos I took were on my 60 deg wedge after about working in it for about 5 min. The grooves do feel better, and the face is a bit cleaner. I think with a little more work it could look even better.

I like this club face cleaner. It is more effective than using a wooden or plastic tee, while not be so aggressive that it damages your irons. I go back and forth between cleaning the grooves and then the face. That way I don't lose the edge like others have mentioned. But if you want to get a sharp edge back, just hit it a little with a flat file.Grooves are important in getting good spin on the ball. This tool helps your club do what it's supposed to do.

This was great for the used set of clubs I purchased. I cleaned about 5 of the irons & I can feel how the grooves are definitely more defined. My only concern is after cleaning I noticed how the edges of the cleaner have become widened & it doesn’t fit in the grooves that well anymore. It looks like I will have to file them down (not a big deal) so it will work again. I’m looking forward to my next round of golf to see the results. Nicely made but a bit costly.

I just followed the instructions which were very easy to do. I recommend this to all golfers.

This is a very nice gift box packaged item and would make a nice gift to a serious golfer. It's a retractable, very fine sharpening stone with a fine tapered edge that comes to a point. It does work well as it conforms to the grooves of your irons & wedges as you're using this and feels different than using a metal cleaning tool. I would use this between rounds of golf, but on the course I'll use a wire brush tool, it's faster and easier. It's important to note this is a cleaning tool, it's not a tool that will rejuvenate worn grooves or the face of your irons. The grit in this stone is too fine to create any noticeable scratches or file down rough spots, it's more of a cleaning/polishing tool, but it does work well for cleaning out the grooves.

The media could not be loaded. アイアンの溝掃除や表面の研磨に使用してみました。私のウェッジは軟鉄のノーメッキなので楽しく使用しています。ケースがプラスチックなため、それが金属なら私の生涯の相棒になりそうです。金属製のものが出て欲しいです

キャディさんがいるときにはホールごとにアイアンを拭いたり水で洗ったりしてくれますがカートにブラシは付いていてもなかなかセルフでは落ち着いてヘッドの掃除はできません。セルフプレーでカートに乗りながらアイアンの溝掃除できるので便利でした。説明書も丁寧です。一方向に拭くということが注意点のようです。吹き上げ用クロスもついていますがこれも本体に収納できればもっと良かったしストラップもあったら良かったのにと思います。本体が丸いので落としそうになりました。

ダイヤモンド配合素材でヘッドを磨けます。布巾等で拭き取り後仕上げに磨きをかけると綺麗になります。面でも凹凸に合わせて線でも使用できます。外でも使いやすい携帯袋が付属。化粧箱入りでプレゼントにも合うと思います。
