I found this workbook to be quite valuable. It introduced me to the concept of Shadow work, which was entirely new to me and quite fascinating. The author does an excellent job of explaining it and highlighting its potential for connecting with one's shadow self. One aspect I particularly liked about the book is how it presents challenges along with corresponding solutions that can be actively addressed. This approach proved highly useful for resolving personal issues. All in all, this is an impressive book that offers significant insights and is definitely worth the read.

I actually found this shadow stuff to be really interesting and I have to admit, I didnt really know what to expect when I purchased the book. I really think it was very useful to me, and I am super intrigued by the psych-spiritual approach to personal growth using the unconscious/respression. This is definitelt much more than just a simple workbook. I also found the relevant quotes from carl jung throughout the book really insightful and motivating.

A good idea, a well written and carefully planned workbook, will certainly help to get you back on track

I am not a pedant but have never come across a book so poorly written. I have reached page 27 and am hoping the content will be useful. I am reading and correcting mistakes with my pencil as I go, which is not great. I am pretty disappointed.

The book has content but it is overpriced. It says is a 2 in 1 because is a journal and workbook. I found it cheeky.

I'd not considered shadow work before but this book was really easy to follow and offers a different approach. I liked the explanations, which were really intuitive, and the mindfulness practices worked well. I enjoyed doing the exercises and will continue to put all I've learnt from this book into practice. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Shadow Work Journal and Workbook feature helpful examples and provide exercises to delve deeper into the mind while being supportive. It emphasises Carl Jung's four archetypes. I especially like the section entitled, Possible Problems and Solutions. It aims to help you better understand different aspects of yourself by using Carl Jung's four archetypes to analyse problems such as negativity and anxiety and devise solutions to eliminate the problem, which is the goal. The affirmations are to ground you on the journey.Does it say 15 minutes of journalling boosts your immune system so that you resist illnesses? I will keep journalling then. Growth takes time, but I intend to grow beyond and above the shadows. Yes, I can. According to Psalm 34:5, “They looked to Him and were radiant; their faces will never blush in shame or confusion.”
