TimexMen's Expedition North Ridge 43mm Watch

After very little use, the chronograph reset button jammed and quit working. There was no way to reset those dials, so those extra features on this watch were useless. Timex customer support is the worst I have experienced in years, as the email interchanges showed the agents did not even bother to read my emails. To "repair" the brand new watch would cost money, us paying to ship it to them, and a huge headache. Thankfully Amazon support is better and allowed us to do a refund before having to go through the Timex headache. Find a better brand that actually supports their products.

The Chronograph would not reset properly

Works as intended. Accurate, appealing design, gets compliments. I like Timex and I’ve had this one for around 4 months and so far it’s been great.
