I ordered this walking pad over a year ago and my experience with it has been nothing but great. I work from home so I needed something to encourage movement in my everyday life. I paired this with my standing desk and it's the ultimate WFH setup. It's quiet, it's light, and super affordable compared to other walking pads. There's no incline but I'm okay with that, I just need it for walking. I enjoy the fact that I can easily move it around with the wheels on the front and prop it up when I'm not using it to save space. Build quality is solid, no issues from me. I highly recommend this product.After one year, I lost my power cord in the process of moving so I contacted their customer service to get a replacement and they were very polite, understanding and timely in their responses too. Thanks Airhot for getting a replacement cord for me otherwise this walking pad would be useless!

I bought this a while ago but I am just now writing a review. This is awesome. Very easy to use and to store. We have a small house so a traditional treadmill was not an option. I think the speeds are great as well. Also, huge kudos to the seller. I lost my remote and needed a replacement, they sent one right away. (Not to mention, I lost the remote just a few months ago, long after purchase) The remote I received didn't work so they sent out another one along with a video tutorial on how to sync the new remote. The communication and responsiveness was awesome!

I got this at the very end of June to help get me active during down time and to work on my health, it's been great in both aspects. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the 5 and a half months I've been using it (for fast walking only), it displays the speed, kilometers traveled, calories burned, and time active; everything I wanted to help me keep track. The only downside is the horrible creaking that still persists even though I use it practically every day, sometimes its not so bad and I can ignore it but other times it breaks my concentration when I'm reading and using the walking pad. If you're in a place that you need to avoid being too loud I would recommend something else, it might not happen with the one you get but I've seen other reviews with the same issue as mine and it does not get better over time with usage. If you plan on using this on a carpeted area, I'd also recommend getting a floor mat to avoid indents from the legs, even if you're not on carpet as well. I use mine for 30 minutes and it leaves deep grooves in my carpet unless I have the mat. It weighs about 50 pounds to lift and has wheels on the front end to move for easy storage under your couch or bed but only for straight in and out pulling, takes some maneuvering to get it to turn on carpet at least. Despite the flaws, I still love it and am glad I made the purchase, I've had a huge change with using only this as exercise and watching what I eat in just 5 months and I've always struggled with losing weight and finding ways to keep myself active.

RUN DON’T WALK!! This treadmill is amazing! I’ve purchased other brands that did not last long. This walking pad is quiet, doesn’t weigh a lot and is easy to function. I use this walking pad at work with my standing desk. This walking pad is safe with easy speed adjustments and also comfortable for walking for hours while working. The motor is quiet and doesn’t affect meetings or things I need to do like other brands I’ve tried. It’s small enough to push to the side when I need to sit. Hands down this product is a 10/10!

Great product! I've found it works really well for walking in front of a mobile standing desk while working on the screen. I like 1.5 as the best speed for me. It's easy to roll away and store standing up. Make sure you keep track of the remote, because it turns on with a button, but won't start spinning without the remote. There's a little slot you can store the remote in, when you're moving the treadmill. I lost my remote and had to email the manufacturer to get a new one.

Generally this is a good walking pad. I like the speed range and portability of the pad. I also like that it came with lubricant to increase the longevity of the pad. However, I think this pad would be better for more moderate use. I generally use mine daily through my work day. The motor burnt out on my first one within 6 months. Now the warranty covered a replacement and the support team was very easy to work with, but I just hit about 5 month with my replacement pad and the motor is starting to go again, heating up quickly and giving off a burning smell.

I loved this walking pad. It’s very quiet and worked great but the remote lasted less than a year and you cannot use the walking pad without the remote. The manufacturer did send me a replacement remote and it is functioning well again! Just be aware that there are not manual buttons to work te walking pad if you lose or the remote breaks.
