I bought these to shed some post partum weight and they have some decent recoil. They rubber doesn’t smell and the pack came with all you can think of. I’m using the pack with Pilates ball to create my own Pilates experience at home. The box comes with varying different resistance weights which is good from beginner to expert level. I use them alongside TikTok.

Used these for several workouts and warmups, the variety of strengths is great and well packaged. They feel like a decent quality material and I didn't feel as if it would snap or get damaged at their longest positions.The attachments make the bands a lot more useful, and you can definitely hit all your muscle groups with these bands on days you can't go to the gym or require space that weights would otherwise take up.

This is one of the best resistance band sets I have tried, the bands are great quality and it comes with handles and attachments to really make the most out of the bands. There is an excellent range of resistance and after using them for a while I can see no sign of degradation, which is excellent.

This is a good set of resistance bands that includes optional handles and anchors.The bands and accessories are all good quality, though the bands have quite an unpleasant smell at first, which I hope fades in time.The manual helps you get started if you've not used resistance bands before, but I recommend looking at online video tutorials.The kit comes in a box that makes them easy to wrap as a gift, thought the unusual brand name may be a bit off-putting to brand-lovers! It does have a storage bag inside the box to keep stuff in.

Ask someone who is new to resistance band workouts I have to say when I open the box I was incredibly impressed with everything that was in there.I was expecting small thin bands, And to be honest I was expecting quite flimsy equipment.Everything in this box feels really well-made and sturdy.As yet I haven't tried everything as I just want to get used to it, I have started with the smaller bands using the over door and the handles.I think for now the thinner bands which equate to lightweights is enough for me, Those bigger bands which quit to much heavier weights are quite hard for me to move.I wanted to do some sort of weight training but I don't have the courage to go to the gym and don't have room at home for any equipment - I thought this could be a good compromise And I'm very glad I got them.I looked on YouTube for some inspiration about exercises just to break me in gently, And even using the second lightest band I was really feeling the strain in my arms after only a few minutes.In the box you get - Five different weighted bands, An over the door anchor point, 2 clip on handles, a bag and a Velcro padded thing!The only thing I'm not sure of how to use is the Velcro padded thing, it obviously goes around something and then secure in place with Velcro.The only thing I can think it might be before is for wrapping around a band so that you can stand on it when you are doing bicep curls etcThe handles and the over the door anchor attached easily to the bands with a Caribana lock, They are very secure.I'm so glad I got this kit, It definitely seems like a great way to get me exercising at home before I'm confident enough to go out into the world and do it.It's all fantastic quality and really well-made, And great value for money.
