Been using it for 4 months and it's still running strong. Long battery life and great fit. Be aware it does only do metric units for most measurements (weight, distance etc) but if that doesn't bother you, it's a reliable tool for tracking your fitness progress.

I recommend this item for any type of sport or for everyday use, especially for the price.

This watch is definitely packed with features, especially for the price. I got this mainly because I want a sleep monitoring device, and at THAT this excels: to see how many hours of sleep you got and how deep. It even catches 20 minute naps in the middle of the day. Also, some of the free watch faces are cool. A retro LCD face is super fun. But some downsides of this device are are 1. Needs to be charged only with the cord it came with, can NOT be wirelessly charged with a standard wireless charger (so if you lose this cord, it's "hunt down another Xiaomi charging cord" time). 2. Only displays weight in Kilograms, not Pounds. 3. Only displays distance in kilometers. 4. There's no option to link to Google Fit directly, you must first connect to Health Connect and then to Google Fit. Not the end of the world, but sort of annoying. If you only want to count steps and monitor sleep, this is a great find!

Such an amazing value. Bought this for my son who was wanting to track his steps and his sleep. It was so easy to set up and the battery life is out of this world. Plan on ordering a second for my youngest son.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My wife wanted to try a fitness tracker and based on her wish's/needs and reviews this appeared to be a wise choice.Functionality:The one star rating has absolutely nothing to do with the trackers operation. It has everything to do with the fit and mistake of believing that the band was interchangeable. It is not. It also may be due to the fact that the product page has multiple color depictions of bands which cannot be accomplished with an interchangeable band. As far as fit goes my wife has a small wrist and the trackers length just does not work. Make no mistake about it. The tracker itself may be wonderful for the vast majority of users. Unfortunately you will not know this till you buy. So, the rating is only for the size.

I had issues with this from the get-go. After I washed my hands, it seemed to be affected, even though it claimed to be waterproof. The screen kept turning on and off and vibrating, and it kept losing connection to my phone so I had to reset it a few times. Finally, I lost it for a bit and ended up running over it with my computer chair which killed it, so that's on me. But the mi band 5 was so much better, waterproof and durable, and lasted 4 years for me. Very disappointed.
