This back supporting belt is really good.it came with a carry bag. Instructions are clear.I tried this belt for myself and I really liked it. The main thing I liked is that it's two belt system which will give you perfect fit. In other words, like I ordered little big size so when I used it I felt ohh no..how I will take benefits of it than I looked for upper belt which actually allows you customer fit the same. In that way I would say that you have the flexibility to use the same belt even if there is little change in ayour size over time. You can still get the same comfort with same belt. You don't need to buy a new one. Material It's pretty comfortable. It's not much time since I bought it but looks like it will last for long time as material quality is good too. Overall I would recommend this product to all who is having back pain, as well as to those who are getting tired throughout the day as it will be definitely relaxing for them too.

My mother, she has a problem of chronic back pain. She is 55yr old. I bought it for her. Its been the 5th-day since I purchased this product. she is so happy with the product. According to her, The material is great. The belt works really well, giving support, relieving back pain. It is adjustable and fits her very well. I got L/XL for her. Its thin enough to wear under clothing unless you're wearing something that clings to you and then it's pretty noticeable. It gives enough support, doesn't cause a lot of overheating. And also it stops me from making a move that would hurt. Made me feel a lot more stable walking and took some pain away. So in my knowledge, This belt is the best so far.

I was excited to get this product because I have two herniated discs (L4 and L5) at my lower back. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived that it came in a nice storage bag and also included some cool tape with instructions on how to use it for pain reduction on your body. My husband used some on his neck and I used some on my lower back and we both feel that it definitely took the edge off of the pain! As for the back brace, I found it to be very simple to use. It forces my posture to be better which prevents me from bending the wrong way and causing pain. When I’m wearing it, I can definitely tell that my back is being supported and the pain is much less prominent. My only complaint is that I found that I had to wear it over all of my clothing instead of under it because the material was a little scratchy on my skin. I also wish it went a little father up my torso. Otherwise, I really like it and I’m glad that I ordered it so that I can keep my back pain under control!

I almost hate to give a five star review because so any others have done so! I guess I’m a contrary fellow. I bought this because of back pain and slouching at night when I was sitting at my table studying. My back felt tired and i slumped in my chair. When I initially received this support belt and tried it on I was unimpressed. I stored it in my closet for a few months and decided to try it again. It did a great job of supporting my back during everyday activities and especially when I sitting, which was why I bought it in the first place. I finally realized I was comparing it to a weightlifting belt and of couirse they’re quite different. So anyways it doesn’t cost much and does a great job if you have lower back issues. Just remember the long term solution is exerise and stretching! :-)

Works great for back support. Light and comfortable. Only problem is about after a month the velcro stopped adhering. I couldn't use it much after that. If this company worked on fixing the velcro problem I would give this a 5 star review without question.

I have had lower back pain for several years, and I was looking for a non-bulky brace that I could wear around my house. The back brace is made of high quality material and it’s very comfortable to wear either standing, sitting, or doing house work around the house. The brace is easy to tighten and the Velcro is very durable. It also has two additional side straps that you can easily tighten or loosen to your comfort level. While wearing the brace I noticed that my lower back pain has reduced. I have already recommend this back brace to a couple of my friends.The only complaint that I have is that you have to wear the brace over a shirt, because some of the material was scratchy on my skin, but besides that it’s a great product for the price.Plus, you get several pre-cut athletic tape (which cost around $6-$10) which is a great bonus.

This brace actually worked better then I expected because of the price I figured it would feel cheap. To my surprise the material feels of good quality and it is very convient and comfortable to wear. It adjustable and you can use it while working in a warehouse or if your just doing things at home. My favorite this about this is how its adjusted, I wore it and it aolved my back pain and I had forgotten that I was wearing it

I had the wonderful opportunity to test this product for free. First off it does what it is supposed to do. I was having some lower back issues while I was getting back into the gym. I wore this for a few days and it helped me correct my posture while keeping the pain to a minimum. My only complaint is that I noticed a small tear in the belt, but other than that everything works fine. I just think the build quality could be a tad bit better.

This came in handy when I threw out my back. Fit well (I’m a bigger guy) and gave my back the support it needed. I found it was comfortable as much as it could be in the situation but definitely helpful.

Individual side pulls should be made of less elastic material, to allow more tension to be applied. Otherwise a comfortable fit, just not supportive enough for me. Well made.
