Ashford Ridge Mens 38mm Full Hide Real Leather Belt for Jeans

I was very pleased with this purchase, you get a great quality full grain leather belt which you can just tell has been made to last.I found that this 38mm width is the perfect size that slides effortlessly through the loopholes of jeans/chinos and the like and furthermore utilises the full space within the belt loop holes. The leather is of good thickness and sports a sensible looking attractive solid metal buckle.So If your after a no frills everyday leather belt that will last you for years then this is the one to go for.You can actually feel the quality and effectiveness of this belt as your wearing it.

My first belt purchase over internet. i am a leather technician (tanner) by education and i know what kind of leather i am purchasing. i ordered many belts from amazon wardrobe to choose but the problem was every body claiming its real leather but infact its what we called SPLIT LEATHER which is a bi product of leather which is obtained by spliting process to reduce the thickness of hide. (only the top layer is the good part with high tensile strength which technically should out last a life time). i was happy to see this belt was made from top full grain layer , vegitable tanned belting leather.second thing i am happy about is that they changed the rivet holding the belt to buckle to good old sewing. rivets are bound to fail. But they should improve the look of sewing by using much much thicker thread which will improve the look many folds.Over all an excellet belt for money. Also loved the amazon wardrobe returns, made it real easy to find the right product.

Do not buy it!Even though it looks like real leather, it brakes in two - in my case only after, about three weeks...You can find better products with these money, I have thrown it to the bin, and do not have the photo, thus I do believe it does not worth the money.

The belt appears to be excellent value. The only surprise is that I really should have ordered a smaller size. My waist is 54.5" yet this belt which is supposed to be maximum 55" is too long. I should have exchanged it, but I had to keep my trousers in place, so I drilled some more holes. Obviously my tape measure is lying and I am slimmer than I thought!!

Good quality leather belt badly let down by belt loop. It fell off within 3 days of use due to poor design...ends of loop joined by staples. Staples very flimsy and failed...ends of loop parted. Should have been glued together.Amazon very understanding and gave me a refund. Thank you Amazon.

I had been looking for a slightly wider belt to wear with jeans, so I ordered this one. It arrived quickly and was just as it was described. The colour is good and it is leather. It is a bit stiff, but will soften in time. It was also great value and exactly what I was looking for. You would not be disappointed.

I don't dislike anything about this, it's real leather fits perfectly and is worth every penny. I will be using this seller again if I need more belts ( which I probably will ) as you need belts for everything and different widths and colours.

This belt is excellent quality and is exactly as described. One minor drawback - it does not have a loop to prevent the end of the belt flapping - this would be more desirable than a couple of elastic bands!
