Wanted a nice affordable gift for a wedding. This was perfect! Fast shipping. Looks just like the photo. This will be my go to gift from now on. Only thing I wish is that it should be covered in resin so can be used as cutting board, only it's not so it had grooves where it was carved on.

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my daughters friend. I love it and am proud to give it to her. It is made well and will last for many years

The cutting board, coasters, and glasses were all a wedding/christmas/housewarming gift. My kids loved it all; especially the glasses! Everything was packed very well and arrived in a reasonable amount of time, considering everything was personalized.

To start out on the positive:Amazing product, wood smells amazing, quality is superb.Negative:I ordered November/December 2023 and the product arrived very late January 2024. The purpose of it being a Christmas gift with estimated shipping in 2-3ish weeks failed.Customer service was a bit poor as replies were very delayed and didn't really help/answer questions. Relieved more of an automatic reply. Amazon also said "shipped" early on even though it never was.I actually thought I was being scammed and was 1 week away from refunding order when it arrived. It was definitely worth the wait in the end.With a bit better customer service this small company would be solid 5 start company!

I have placed many orders with this company. The most recent order placed ran into a little snag. I must admit, I didn't feel hopeful about a resolution. To my surprise, this company exceeded my expectation. The response from the customer support team was fantastic. They remained in contact with me. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I ordered this cutting board for my brother and his wife for their anniversary. It is so beautifully crafted and they love it very much and thought it was a great gift. It couldn’t have come out any better if I was at the shop buying and requesting one myself. I would definitely get something else from here when I’m looking for a personalized special something.
