Loving TreatLife!
I just installed the 3-Way Smart Switch in my hallway, which has multiple switches controlling the lights. No issues with installation at all. I now have most of the house on a combination of regular switches, dimmer switches and 3-way switches, all from TreatLife. They're straightforward to install and set up in their app. Once that's done, I pop over to the Alexa app and add them as new devices. I can now control nearly every light in the house with these switches and they work great. The switches are good quality and I haven't had any problems with them. I don't know about other switch brands, but TreatLife products have worked great for me. Here are some tips I've learned:- They're bigger than regular switches, so make sure you push all the wires to the back of the box- Go slow. Don't pull all of the wires off of your old switch before installing the TreatLife switch. Transfer one wire at a time. Also, use their stickers before you remove the old switch so you'll know what each wire is- Get yourself a simple voltage tester. I bought a Klein Tools Voltage testers from Home Depot. Turn it on and the base is green. Put it up to a wire and if there's juice flowing to it, it the tester beeps and the tip turns red. The few dollars you spend on that tool is well work avoiding being shocked by a live wire!- If you use Alexa, make sure to add the new TreatLife switch as a Light, not a switch. That will allow you to control it with voice commands and create routines (great if you travel--you can have lights go on and off as if you're home)- Make sure you first recognize your new TreatLife switch in the TreatLife app. Then add it as a new device in the Alexa app. TreatLife has improved their app so some of the "I can't find the switch" errors have been cleared up. I installed five new switches and the TreatLife app found each one after a 45-second search- As with any home project, be safe. If you're uncomfortable working with electricity and wiring, ask a friend to help or hire a qualified electrician

Working well
Easy to install and connect to my wifi. I can now manage lights using the app from anywhere. I have 6 of them in use and all work flawlessly.

Best 3-way smart WiFi switch I found on Amazon.
Last winter I decided to upgrade all the light switches in my house - a lot of these were either inconveniently located or switching power for one receptacle only just below the switch (which meant multiple extension cords to place lights where I want lights to be plus a trip hazard) so I found these are the best option for me.First of all what i do like -* Pricing per unit (especially sale price)* Well packaged, everything is included (nuts, screws, cover)* Very good detailed instruction on how to install the switch.* It looks EXACTLY like regular Decora style switch (well..only difference is led indicator at the bottom).* No hub required, good range (compared to zwave / zigbee options).* ETL listing (which may be important in some cases).Other things (not really complaints, but people need to know) -* Neutral wire required ! (Yes, I know it says that fact everywhere, including amazon listing description, but better to repeat one more time - you need to check your switch box has neutral wire)* These are slightly bigger than any standard switch - which means you need to plan carefully how you going to fit these with all the nuts and wires in your box (and maybe to upgrade switch box in advance to get more space if needed).* Version I have is esp8266 Wifi chip based, which is 2.4GHz only.* One color choice only - White.* Wall plate included is not a standard decora plate, but more like decora plus style (thicker and square-ish).Overall I think this is a great product.

FANTASTIC BRAND
I have several models of Treatlife smart switches in my home since June 2020 and will continue to buy this brand. I currently have the Ceiling Fan & Light switch, 3 way switch model SSO2 and 3 way switch model SSO1.The differences in the models is found in the surface of the switch and the LEDs.*Ceiling fan & Light switch has a smooth surface, sleek look and a pale purple-ish colored LED that I feel is less intrusive in the dark*3 way SSO1 switch is a push button (not rocker) with a smooth surface with a sleek look but a bright white vertical slit LED that I feel is pretty bright in the dark*3 way SSO2 switch is a push button (not rocker) with a circular indentation on the surface and features the pale purple-ish LED that lights up the circular indentationThe brightness of the LED is a big factor when purchasing switches. I don't want nightlight in my bedrooms and some feel that way. While I prefer the look of model SSO1 with my other switches, I feel the LED is a too bright for me and the SSO2 sold me with the less intrusive LED.Treatlife switches are extremely easy to install. To put in pairing mode, hold down the button until the light starts blinking then add to the Smart Life or Tuya app. They are also very easy to connect to Google Assistant and Alexa for voice control. This company also has excellent customer service should you need help or have any questions!I have since removed the SS01 switches because of the bright LED compared to the SS02
