This item is very well constructed and sturdy. Should be assembled by a qualified carpenter. In addition to lots of patience for the regular person who doesn't understand. It may take from several hours to several days depending on time availability. Also be prepared to apply several modifications because some screws don't line up with holes. The manual didn't come with my armoire so I had to download one from the company.

This is the second unit I've purchased. In addition to being a fine extra-wide ironing table, I use this regularly to clamp my driving wheel upon for video gaming, raising or lowering it to the perfect height and placing my brakes and accelerator beneath it. Now I'm using the first one full-time as a shelf between my adjustable bed and the wall to hold extra pillows and accessories, so I needed to buy another. This board adjusts so smoothly and easily, and is so strong, that it's perfect for such secondary uses.

This iron table exceeded my expectations! The quality is top-notch, making it feel incredibly robust and reliable. I particularly appreciate how easily it accommodates and stabilizes my heaviest iron, which was a huge selling point for me. If you need a dependable surface, this is it.

Great stability. Height adjustable, it is easy to adjust the height thereby eliminating the need to bend over as you are ironing. Easy to open and close, it locks into place.As a quilter, the extra width is just what I need when pressing fabric yardage and quilt tops.

I'm what I would call a clumsy user of an ironing board. In the past, the boards I've used have wobbled (causing me to tip over the iron or other items I would set on the board like spray). This is the best board we've even owned. It's sturdy on either hardwood or carpeted floors and doesn't tilt or wobble. It folds and stores easily and when opening, it's smooth and not "sticky" like some other ironing boards. Unbeatable.

This iron board is well made, nice looking and large. This iron board has sturdy thick legs that keeps it very still when ironing which I appreciate. One negative for me is that its heavy. I have a back problem so moving it into the closet is an issue. I bought this in haste and should have purchased a more conventional and smaller iron board. Also, you will need to buy extra wide iron board covers for this version. I hope for the money that this iron board lasts a long time.

I didn’t really think I could get excited by an ironing board- but here we are! By far the nicest ironing board I’ve ever owned and not sure how/why I’ve put up with inferior ones all these years. This one is extremely sturdy- doesn’t wobble and very well padded. It makes the chore of ironing something tolerable….I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!
