The product is well made and sturdy. The installation instructions and included lag bolts/hardware is suited for drywall. In most of the Indian households, the walls are either concrete or tiles/marble for which the lag screws are not suitable or they become loose overtime. We had to drill bigger holes into ceramic tiles and concrete behind and use wooden dovels to anchor.For the money if the product included several optional hardwares to accommodate the wall structure as well as provide good installation instructions, this product would have earned 5 stars in my opinion.

I needed support at bedside after spine surgery.This is light weight aluminium. Easy to fix.Find it ideal for the purpose.Great product.

This is really good for people having knee injury/problems. However, price is bit high and they provide only one piece. It should have two units for better support.
