So far, so good
These have been a lifesaver!I share a wall this my neighbours, and they often watch loud TV at random times overnight, or in the early hours of the morning. Sleep deprivation was driving me mental, as well as affecting my health (already suffering with long-term illness & disability). They're a bit pricey for simple ear plugs at £25, but I do think they're worth it.They're made from a pleasingly soft material but still do the job. I really like the selection of colours too.My ears have a tendency to become painful (and move) - as they often click out of place whenever I put anything in my ears (from headphone to plugs). But these ear plugs are flexible enough not to trigger this problem for me. They're also very light weight. They block out sound well, where I'm not hearing the neighbours TV or the birds out of the window (only muffled sounds generally), but not so much that you don't hear your alarm clock for example. There is a range of ear piece sizes for you to choose from & change for yourself, and my experience has been the smaller you go, the more comfortable it is, but that may compromise on the sound blocking ability. So I've stuck with the medium for now. I'm also using caution when handling them, as they do seem quite delicate, and I really don't want to rip them in half while trying to change things. They come in a sweet little case, which makes storing them quite easy, as well as providing a good way to travel with them & not risk losing them/damaging them.I would also personally recommend regularly wiping them down with an alcohol wipe to avoid introducing an infection into your ear, as well as for them to accumulate dead skin cells & wax. They're easily cleaned.Initially from the look & feel of them I was sure that they'd be quite fiddly to use, but actually I've found them quite easy to use. I've not needed to use them for an entire night, but if the noisy neighbours wake me, it's been very easy to just grab them from my bedside table and shove them into my ears. Not much fiddling around at all really.Overall is a good buy. Just hope they last.

Stylish, Comfy, and Finally Some Peace and Quiet
I originally bought these for my partner to help her block out my snoring – now she uses them every night, even when I’m not around! Apparently, they’ve improved her sleep quality dramatically, and she raves about how much more rested she feels. Ironically, now she snores, so I might be buying another pair for myself…The design is a standout – they look sleek and discreet in the ear, and the pink colour is subtle and stylish. The soft silicone feels gentle even after hours of use, and the multiple ear tip sizes helped us both find a snug fit. Once in, they don’t fall out during sleep, even if you toss and turn.Noise reduction is great for background sounds like snoring, distant traffic, or neighbours, though they don’t eliminate noise entirely (and they don’t claim to). Instead, they create a peaceful, muffled environment perfect for sleep, focus or travel.A little pricier than disposable earplugs, but they’re reusable, washable, and come with a handy carry case, so they’re well worth it in the long run. If you're struggling with sleep due to noise, these are a game-changer.

Review for ASD/SPD users
After a lot of research I decided to buy these to see if they would help with daily sounds and noises that annoy me.Pros:• Once you get them in the right position in your ears, you can’t feel them and they don’t hurt.• The actual design of the loop that sits outside in your ear means I personally didn’t obsess about not being able to get them out easily/getting stuck etc.• They’re fairly subtle in your ears in comparison to other in-ear ear plugs or large noise cancelling headphones• Definitely work to smother background noises, it doesn’t get rid of them completely , I could still hear traffic or a child shouting and screaming etc outside but it wasn’t as harsh and annoyed me a lot less• Comes with a little case you can put them in when you need to take them outCons:• They’re not the cheapest out there• If they’re not in your ear properly, they can be annoying and uncomfortable• I personally can’t eat with them in• They cancel noise almost too well at short range so I had to take them out to be able to concentrate on a conversation properly. I could still hear what was being said, but trying to focus on the one voice you’re trying to listen to while everything else is so muffled is difficultOverall for just sitting in the house watching tv etc on my own, I really like them and they work for me. If I’m trying to have a conversation with someone, I can’t hear the volume of my own voice and struggle to hold the conversation with them in. I plan on buying the Loop Experience ear plugs to see if they make having conversations easier but still muffle enough background noise. This is my opinion as someone on the Autism spectrum using them for sensory issues and I’m writing this to try and help those like me that came looking for the same thing but couldn’t find much useful information for specifically Autism use.

Not great for sleep.
I wanted to give these a fair chance before reviewing. I got these to help block out sounds at night such as snoring and aid a better nights sleep. Unfortunately, they just do not work how I hoped they would which is slightly frustrating due to the cost of them. They can also make your ears a bit sore if worn for a long period of time. That said, the quality of them are fantastic, they come with a handy little storage case and lots of ear bud sizes. The fact they are reusable means they’re much better for the environment. Although they don’t block sound out entirely, they are great for reading whilst someone is watching TV for example.
