Super black cocoa! I love it! It makes your baked good really dark and a richer taste. I still mixed half regular powder and half this product for the perfect taste and color. It’s a little pricy but good cocoa is worth it! Will be ordering again!

Best black cocoaIf you are looking to make a truly black cake, or cookies this cocoa is the best I have found. No need to add any food coloring, this cocoa does the trick. Its flavor is smooth, giving a rich chocolate oreo flavor. Very pleased with baking results.

I have made many Dutch cocoa powder purchases but not one of them compares to this. Not just this cocoa powder but the brand. I have not been able to find another brand that come remotely close to this. I love chocolate well i love dark chocolate to be exact. and when I bake cookies or my special chocolate cake it comes out so dark and so rich and my cakes are so delicious and so moist. This cocoa powder definitely mixes well and the texture stays like a powder it does not clump. My only critique would be to put it in something that makes it easier to scoop out.

Delicious flavor in butter cream. Blended easily with the frosting as well. Used quite bit and let it set over night. Still was a slight grayish color. Once out in the sun/ oxidized it darkened right up! Such a yummy flavor.

Makes gorgeously black baked goods! I took a risk to make this cake for my brother which involved making a black mirror glaze and it worked SUPERBLY! I added a pic (pardon for using a filter) and not only was it lovely to look at but it also tasted really good. I will say that if you have eaten an Oreo, the flavor is very similar. I will mention that I used BOTH regular chocolate cake mix and added this mix to darken it. When I made the glaze, I was a little wary because the powdered sugar and this mix made it look light grey, but once the liquids were added in, the magic was there. 100% worth it!

Phenomenal chocolate! Great when mixed with Dutch process cocoa, like an Oreo cookie or Dunkin Donut's Chocolate Glazed donut but even better. Those are my favorite chocolate treats so if you like those, you will love this chocolate! Tried it with a chocolate pound cake made in a Bundt pan. Goodness galore!
