What did I do to deserve this?
I rarely write reviews because they are time consuming, and to be honest I'm really tired and lazy at the end of the day, but I had to jump on here and write a review because this company has very much earned it.Initially, I was really hesitant to order this. I had the same exact year and model and LOVED my old laptop, but alas, it was not meant to be. One night of FaceTiming with a long distance friend and three glasses of rosé paired with...I don't know, apparently I like to move my hands a lot when I'm excited? Weird, I know...and my laptop got to experience the wine, but not in a good way, and it fried. Now, I'm a Mac girl through and through. Call me trendy, extra, basic, but come on. Have you seen the screens on these things? GORGEOUS. So I wasn't going to but a middle of the road laptop. I had finished college, and I have a desktop in my office for work, so I figured I could bypass a laptop. Nope. Being salaried and a preschool director with a killer new job, I'm going to need a laptop to work from home on weekends. But we all know Apple is not budget friendly. You want a new Apple product? Cool, we're gonna need you to take out a second mortgage or work four jobs for approximately ten years. Yeah, no thanks. After window shopping, I found this beauty. Less than four hundred dollars? Excellent condition? Add to cart. Once I ordered, I realized I didn't check reviews, so off I went, and found they were very mixed. I contemplated cancelling the order, but then figured it was already put through and charged, so I might as well risk it. I am so glad I did. When it arrived, my husband immediately charged it. I got home and saw it sitting on our kitchen island in all its glory. Beautiful color, zero keyboard deficiencies, screen with zero flaws. There is a chip on the bottom right corner of the shell which is very small. You can't notice it unless you are studying it like you're back in high school biology. Installed a case, and you can barely remember it's there. So far, so good. I turned it on very hesitantly, worried that it would have a flaw on the screen, freeze, have a fan that sounded like a turbo jet, any amount of things. Nope. It runs better than my previous one. Setup was simple, my account is connected, runs like a marathon runner who has trained their entire life. I am in love. If this was laptop was a good looking man, I would run away with it. All in all, it runs beautifully and I will one hundred percent be purchasing from this company again. My daughter is going to need a laptop soon, so...take my money. All in all, I'm incredibly surprised in the best way possible. HUGE thank you to this company. I'm so happy.

Great Value for a Reliable Mac – Perfect for Everyday Use!
I purchased this renewed Early 2020 MacBook Air (Intel Core i3, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) on March 31, 2025, and I’ve been using it daily since. For a renewed product, I’m genuinely impressed by the quality – it looks almost brand new and runs smoothly for most everyday tasks like browsing, email, streaming, and light productivity. The 13-inch display is crisp and vibrant, and the gold color gives it a sleek, premium look. Battery life has been decent so far, and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on.A few things to note:• It’s not the fastest MacBook out there, especially compared to M1/M2 models, so I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy video editing or gaming.• The fan does spin up during multitasking, but nothing extreme.Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option if you want to enjoy the Mac experience without paying full price. Solid choice for students, writers, or casual users.

It’s good!
I love!! Screen quality is good, I love the color , very quick, good for price, keyboard works good, easy to use but I will say the charger they sent definitely did not work I tried it and I thought at first the laptop didn’t work but I tried another charger n thankfully it was just the charger for it, but I can always get different charger but other than that I got it for school and to edit YouTube videos easy to use and I love it!

✅ Great performance for the price
I purchased this refurbished MacBook Air, and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations. Despite being a 2020 model, it comes with 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, providing smooth performance for office tasks, browsing, online classes, and even basic photo or video editing.✔️ The design is sleek, lightweight, and very portable.✔️ The keyboard is comfortable, and the operating system runs smoothly.✔️ The battery lasts quite a while for a refurbished version.Plus, it arrived in excellent condition, almost like new, and without any technical issues. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable Mac, this is a great option.

Good Refurbished Product
Needed a newer laptop for school and it was perfect! It works just like new! There is a few scratches on the back of the laptop and the G button on the keyboard is a little hard to push but overall for a refurbished computer it works amazing! I definitely recommend!

Ok - Not excellent quality
The laptop is ok but it was advertised as excellent quality and that is not the truth. It turns on and it works ok. It has dents and multiple scratches. It runs very loud and runs hot easily. The camera quality is poor. One of usbc ports does not work. I needed a personal laptop and purchased this laptop because I have the same one for work, and I like my work laptop. I think this MacBook will do for now but it is not in excellent condition as advertised and they need to advertise appropriately.
