Bad quality of the product
The item I ordered was combo of woolen cap scarf and gloves, on the site it was looking good but when I received it the product quality was worst....and even requesting again and again the product didn't get picked up and my refund did not processed by Amazon

Works as intended.
Saved me many a times from catching a cold this winter!! Product is sturdy. It should survive another couple of winters easily.
