Constipation relief
This item is brilliant, easy to take and taste okay/ Relieves constipation but do not take a lot as it seems strong/

Very effective.
Make sure you have a clear diary and be in close range of the toilet, the following moring.You can expect several urgent trips to the loo with explosive diarrhoea. Settled down by mid day.

Suffering a lot at the moment with a couple of serious health issues which cause significant pain and difficulty sleeping. The only solution offered by the saintly NHS was pain killers but as I am already dehydrated due to one of the conditions, this basically caused a 'lock up' which was the last thing I needed. Bit wary of using something like this but it works a treat. I only use half douses (ie one 5ml spoonful) as directed and have suffered none of the side effects reported by others (stomach cramps etc)- just blessed relief. !

Works a charm
What can I say after using many other laxatives even a prescription one this actually works a charm and is the only one that worked for me. Be warned though take it when you haven't got to go out!

Worked for me and a simple take night before for following morning action.
During hot weather we're currently experiencing, I had a bad case of constipation and first time I used something like this as always let nature take it course but this time I needed something.Took couple of tea spoons before bed and with the odd flatulence here and there, following morning after breakfast, did my deeds and feel whole lot better.For me it worked and I'm only using this as a last resort so money spent well.
