The product works great, but my dog isn't taking too it. I would definitely suggest the product itself good quality over all, sound quality is .... low, but they get the point...it was a good attempt.

Great for preschool classroom activities. Easy to use, bright buttons! I would give it 5 stars but the blue button is now not working properly. I have had them since February 3rd, 2025. Something happened to the speaker on the blue button and you can barely hear the recording. How do I ho about getting a replacement blue button?

We recently had to put down our older dog and realized that our younger dog wasn't quite trained as well as we thought; she just followed our older dog's lead and fooled us into thinking she knew what was up. As a result, we've started upping her training game and I bought these thinking it would be a fun, cool addition to her training.Now, the buttons themselves are a nice size, easy to push, easy to record and, in theory, are easy to train on. Unless you have a timid dog. Our doggo seems to be a bit afraid of them and won't come near enough to them for me to show her to push the button with her paw. I'm going to keep working with her on them and hopefully she'll get over it and learn to use them, but I'm already thinking ahead to buying more if she does end up taking to them.

The media could not be loaded. Buttons are so amazing for dogs, such as my 10mo old service dog in training, because it gives them the gift of language. She's 50 lbs and still woefully clumsy, and this way she doesn't jump all over me to ask to go outside, she just pushes the button! (A HUGE plus!) When she's acting up, I don't have to wonder why; She can tell me she's bored and wants to train. (Full disclosure, she's used a button before, and it took her less than a day to pick it up.) Because she sometimes wants to go outside to just play (and we're like "yeah, yeah, in a minute..." she'll hit it multiple times when she means business, lol.Giving a dog - especially a bright dog - the gift of language is just about the greatest gift you can give them. It enables our dogs to share their thoughts and needs, and that's priceless. Not only is it easier for us to see into their minds, but it gives them a voice. It can be mind-blowing to see that they are smarter than we give them credit for.These buttons have the recording button on the bottom, which means typical use doesn't accidentally re-record, as was a frequent problem with our previous discount store version, which had a button on the side. Talking directly into the mic makes for a loud and proud recording. The rubber feet do an ok job of not sliding, but that's not much of an issue, we move them around anyway. I use the blue for going outside (since it's the most visible to her of my boxed set) and I move it to the bedroom when I need a nap. (She's with me always, she's trained to detect seizures.) Before we lost the first (discount store) one about a month ago, we took it with us on hotel trips, which makes THAT easier!The enclosed stickers are tiny, and I'm not sure how practical, but maybe nice to have if needed. We use left over tumbler stickers, lol. (With the "outside" button unstickered.) Overall, a quality product at a good price! Definitely will buy more as needed!

I read mixed reviews on this product but I bit the bullet and purchased to encourage my puppy to use it to communicate that she wanted to go outside. While jury is still out on whether she fully understands this, she can easily tap it to activate it (usually only when she wants to play outside) and the sound quality is fantastic. It doesn’t sound like I’m under water, it’s not too loud or quiet, and it’s not super easy to accidentally re-program. For reference, she’s currently 4 months, 20 lbs and legs for days… so I don’t know how a tiny dog would do with this but so far I’ve been super happy with it.
