decent for the cost
good quality dimmer in brushed satin finish. easy to install and works well. no noise when on vs others that hum, whine when powered

Great Quality light switch at a great price
I bought 6 of these switches to replace the old tatty white plastic ones in my flat, they are super easy to install took me just 30 minutes to install all 6 and they look great a real upgrade on the old ones. I was lucky enough to get them on sale so at £3.49 each an absolute bargain!

Easy to install but may have issues
It buzzes a little and sometimes one or two bulbs flicker, but it's probably because I have two light fixtures with 6 bulbs each.It was easy to install and looks nice

Helpline extremely helpful
Item arrived on time and well packaged, had a problem understanding the wiring layout as the terminals were different to the switch i was replacing, phoned the BG help line and after a small wait was put through to their technical support, he was extremely helpful, explained clearly which terminals represented the ones on my old switch and which ones to use on the BG replacement switch. Changed the switch in no time at all after the call, exceptional service and the switch looks great ( and it works :-) )

Very smart looking
I am purchased these previously and have been very satisfied. I particularly like the fact that you can't see fingerprints on the face plates. The electrician commented on how good the quality is. Would recommend
