Good enough to get the job done
It’s cheap but it worked for me they came oiled up and have a decent case to keep them from rusting did exactly what I needed them to do

Horribly built tool.
First time using it and the spot weld pop loose. They will not accept a return for it. Do not buy this product because it will break on you and they will not give you your money back or replace it.

Don't waste your time and money Doesn't Lock to hold in place while you put cylinder over the piston rings then you release
