Not a good CCTV
The product is actually not made in india, coz it comes with Chinese bulb holder and Indian connector is provided just like other Chinese cctv bulb.Compare to other Chinese cctv bulb it doesn't have 360° view.They say it is HD cam but the clarity is very poor.Even if you turn off the camera sound it doesn't get off and keep playing sound. Chinese cctv bulb v380 cameras are far better than this.Not worth the price, defective product may be.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Product was defection and got offline every 10 sec. Amazon didnot gave any option for exhange or return Just contact customer care and their representatives miss guide you.Now my 1800 rs is in loss.I stopped buying from amazon now onwards.

Convient and ready solution for monitoring
This is my second purchase though I bought the first one from a retail store.Buying from Amazon.1. Very quick delivery2. The product/box did not have the hologram seal which was present in the retail unit which I had bought. The product also was not at its best as I felt it was refurbished, the rotating part was not perfectly aligned and voblled. Note. The unit works perfectly as should.Product review.I have been using for few months now.1. No issue in connectivity. While installing and later while remote viewing and using the pan functionality2. Does not support 5Gz wifi. Make sure you have the std 2.4g available3. Audio output is unusable if it is in outdoor or prone for outdoor noise as there is no noise cancellation. Just for comparison, my 7 yr old similar camera at same location performs way better.4. Sd card recording is seemless. But does not highlight the timeline during movement detection. Making it difficult to view the exact timelines during a search.5. Human detection works fine. But sensitivity area mapping does not work, in case you do not need the entire frame to detect the movement. Eg, I have part of public road which is covered in the frame which I do not wish to send movement notification.6. App works in multiple devices simultaneously including PC/ Android tv (web based).7. Night vision works only in pitch dark. Failing to activate IR mode in low light situation with no manual activation option.
