Arrived in used condition
It arrived in used condition, despite having been sold as new.. The back was a return, in an unproductive nail spa box (!) direct from the previous customer that had scratched it, then returned it with a note from him. Very unprofessional. The guitar banjo itself was made in China and had a decidedly cheap feel to it.It arrived un-set up- with separate bridge and back. Tools for assembly were provided but zero instructions on the best way to set it up so that the intonation was true.The gig bag was nice, so one star for that....I returned it- I would say don't go there.
