you place under tongue and let it dissolve. I didnt know if i should believe it or not. after 3 days i found that my tinnitus had decreased and on some days it disappeared. if I quit taking one tablet a day it comes back but as long as it works i am satisfied

My mother needed this to improve her mind.This is second bottle.The first took weeks until my mother felt the effects but the improvement is steady and consistent.My mother is thankful and so I am .

It's too early to tell. Manufacture recommends trying for 90 days. I'm invested for about 30 days and haven't noticed any improvement. I'm withholding judgement until I can give it a fair chance. At the end of 90 days, I should be able to give a better rating based on outcome. Time will tell.

So far after almost 3 months of use no results. I will try their other options as this was suggested by a doctor who works with tinitius.

Been taking this once daily for a while: supposedly helps with tinnitus and stress related to the condition. Could be a placebo effect, but seems to help.
