This product is AMAZING! My friend shared the link after she bought it to help massage knots in her neck. I had a large knot from tension and used this hand massager along with some massage oil on my neck while watching tv. Then my neck was a bit tender the next day so I waited till the following day to use it again. The knot was gone by the third day! I now use it on my legs to help with tight muscles. You can use it in the shower with soap or body wash too. Highly recommend...and it will be easy to travel with!

Helps release tension in muscles and great massager

Bought this brush in Jan 2022 (today is Apr 2025). Three years ago.I really like how this brush works and feels, but...The plastic base that holds the bristles is crumbling and the bristles come off in clumps when that happens - I would have expected the wood to deteriorate first.But, I **really** like the stiffness of the bristles - not too soft and not too harsh. Just right as Goldilocks would say.. So I'm pretty sure I'll buy another one of these. Three years isn't too bad... - nothing lasts forever, particularly when it's wet all the time. But first I'm going to try another brush that doesn't use the plastic bristle base design. However, even if might last longer (maybe), I'm pretty sure I won't like it as much. I'll try to remember to update this review if I return to buy another Scala.Update (just a few days later): the alternative brush arrived, and just as I feared, the bristles for that one are weak. I'm sending that one back and getting another Scala brush. I think 3 years is a fair, if not great, lifetime for one of these at this price (about $10)

Scar tissue breakdown (anti-adhesions, bumps, uneven scar line...and scar visibility) I had a full hip replacement and bought this to us on my scar and from my knee to waist line to help break up scar tissue, message the area increasing bloodflow and in turn promote better healing. I had no idea if it would work. I've had some major major surgeries and scar management was always a problem. This little thing worked. I DID NOT START USING until 3 weeks after surgery and 1 week after sutures were out. I had the zip tie sutures - yep actual little zip ties. They zip ties did not create those "lovely" dot scars like staples nor did they leave the little itchy bumps were old line sutures were. That said, this wirkdd to keep the area smooth and my surgical area definitely looks better than I expected. I also attribute less pain and increased range and time for mobility. My opinion is that it worked for my situation. I started using on an old scar on my torso that resembles a giant peace sign starting below my neck and ending on each hip (this incision was originally closed with 300 staples!). I will update in a few months if it did anything for very large and settled in lumpy bumpy tissues.

It’s a great brush, just not quite as firm as I was looking for. Shipped fast. Good price. It will get the job done but not great.

This body brush is great. It is good for lymphatic drainage of and to exfoliate your skin, get your cells moving.I was referred to this brush from a site that recommends scrubbing your body a few times a week to keep it soft and glowing.The price is right for this brush and for the excellent quality. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.The bristles on the brush keep their shape and it is easy to clean.The handle that it has to hold it is perfect to be able to get your whole body especially your legs.It is not too hard and not soft, and it feels massaging almost. I actually bought another one so I could put 1 in each hand and get to brushing my skin. My skin feels softer after using this and I feel cleaner for some reason.I usually do it right before I shower, its almost like it is preparing my skin for the oil I am about to slather on after!

It is a marvelous "dry brush" for anyone with lymphedema - stimulates the lymphatic system. Very soft.
